WHAT IS NERDTOWN U.S.A.? Nerdtown U.S.A is a place online for students of the English language who are interested in things like comics, movies, and music. This will be a great place to check out and discuss what is new, what is classic, what is popular, what is awesome, and sometimes what is crap!
The first few blogs I have planned are about American comic books, one entry will be only about the "letters pages", which while fairly
ubiquitous in the past, have become extremely rare today. Each entry will have certain words highlighted and hyperlinked (click on the word "ubiquitous" in this paragraph) to a contextually appropriate definition, also exercises related to the content, and finally conversation suggestions.
